Independent Kampala Central MP aspirant Abraham Luzzi has unveiled his ambitious 2026–2031 political manifesto, pledging to revolutionize service delivery through technology and transparency.
Among his most striking promises, Luzzi vowed to ensure that every Ugandan child receives a national ID and passport at birth, eliminating delays and bureaucratic barriers that have long frustrated citizens.
“If trusted with the mandate, I will make sure that national identification starts right from the cradle,” Luzzi said, emphasizing that his goal is to simplify access to vital documents and government services.
The outspoken candidate highlighted digital transformation as the cornerstone of his campaign, promising a future where payments, registration, and public service delivery are seamless and corruption-free.
Luzzi’s plan also includes speeding up government transactions, introducing real-time accountability systems, and ensuring that technology works for all citizens — not just a few privileged individuals.
He believes that automatic ID and passport issuance at birth will strengthen national security, improve record keeping, and give every Ugandan equal access to opportunities both at home and abroad.
“We must embrace technology not as a luxury, but as a necessity,” he said. “From identification to payments, everything should be transparent, fast, and people-centered.”
Luzzi’s manifesto has quickly become one of the most discussed campaign documents online, with many praising his bold ideas and futuristic vision for Uganda’s governance system.
As the 2026 elections draw closer, his message continues to resonate with young voters in Kampala who are eager for efficient leadership and real digital change.
With his promise of IDs and passports at birth, Luzzi positions himself as a forward-thinking leader ready to bridge Uganda’s past inefficiencies with a smarter, tech-driven future.
