My name is James, and together with my wife, Mary, we are a couple from Nakuru, Kenya.
We want to share our experience with couples going through infertility, delayed conception, and the emotional struggle of waiting many years for a child.
When we got married, we had strong hopes of starting a joyful family filled with children. Like most newly married couples, we believed becoming parents would come naturally in time.
However, months slowly turned into years, yet we still had no child. We went from one hospital to another, consulted different specialists, and carefully followed all medical guidance given to us.
We spent a lot of money on tests and treatments, always hoping that the next step would finally give us the breakthrough we needed. Sadly, nothing changed.
As time went on, the emotional pressure became even harder to carry.
Friends and relatives who married after us were already raising children, while we were still waiting in silence. Family gatherings became painful because of constant questions about when we would have a baby.
